Chat with a Librarian is a statewide, 24/7 live chat service offering free, from professional librarians to K-12 students, college students, and the general public. The service assists with a wide range of queries including general research, homework, science fair and STEAM projects, citation guidance, genealogy research, reading recommendations, and more. Patrons can even have their PINs reset outside of normal library hours!
